• 2+ years of nursing experience.
• If hired without BSN/MSN, must enroll in BSN or MSN within 1 year and complete within 5 years.
• Active Ohio RN License; other state licensure may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards within the department.
• Maintain certifications and Safety College requirements in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with department leadership to promote safety best practices.
• Document care plans, interventions and patient outcomes in the medical record.
