RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Oncology Float Pool at the New Brunswick campus. This part-time, night-position offers 36 hours per week, with shifts from 7p-7:30a and occasional weekend/holiday rotation. RN license in New Jersey and BLS/ACLS certifications are required.

Ideal candidates may have BSN within 5 years of hire and 2–3 years of Medical Surgical/Oncology experience. The role provides a magnet-influenced culture with a focus on high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including EMR systems.
