Job summary

Corewell Health South – Lakeland Hospitals is seeking an inpatient Flex Float RN to service St. Joseph, Niles, and Watervliet campuses. This full-time night role offers 36 hours weekly with 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. assignments determined by staffing needs.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to provide care, education, and discharge planning under the Nurse Leader, while collaborating with patients and families to meet outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing is required.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Bachelor’s in Nursing within 5 years is preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge.
• Provide patient-family centered care and education.
• Document education and learning in the health record and coordinate with Nurse Leader.
