Corewell Health in Michigan is seeking an inpatient Float Pool Flex RN to service three Lakeland Hospital campuses. You will provide nursing care across the patient care continuum, with assignments based on staffing needs and patient needs at St. Joseph, Niles, and Watervliet.

The role emphasizes family-centered care, care planning, education, and documentation under the Nurse Leader's direction. Registered Nurse license in Michigan is required, with BLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing.
• Bachelor’s in Nursing within 5 years.
• Graduates from a non-accredited school of nursing must have acute care experience or two years in a licensed health care role and NCLEX.
• Michigan RN licensure required.
• BLS/ACLS within 90 days including on-site or hybrid settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care according to ANA scope of practice.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge using patient/family centered care.
• Partner with patient/family input in planning care and develop teaching strategies.
• Document education and learning in the health record.
