Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking an inpatient Flex Float RN for Lakeland Hospital sites (St. Joseph, Niles and Watervliet). This temporary assignment supports staffing across three campuses.

The RN uses the nursing process to provide patient-family centered care, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge under the Nurse Leader according to Corewell Health policies.

Requirements: MI RN license, ADN or BSN, BLS within 90 days. Shift: Day, 36 hours weekly, 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing (required)
• Bachelors in Nursing within 5 years
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) license
• AHA/ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process.
• Deliver patient-family centered care and education.
• Discharge planning and care coordination under Nurse Leader supervision.
