Corewell Health is seeking a Flex Float RN for inpatient coverage across three campuses in southwest Michigan, including St. Joseph and Niles. Assignments depend on staffing needs, with a 36-hour week and day shifts from 7 a.m.

to 7:30 p.m., offering a flexible schedule and weekends as needed. The role requires an active MI RN license, Associates in Nursing, and BLS within 90 days. This temporary position supports patient-family centered care across Lakeland Hospital St.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s in Nursing within 5 years is preferred.
• MI RN licensure required; BLS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate with patient/family to plan and educate about the care plan.
• Follow Corewell Health policies under Nurse Leader supervision.
