Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking an inpatient Float Pool RN for multiple Lakeland Hospital campuses, including St. Joseph and Niles, Michigan. The role covers night shifts with a 36-hour weekly schedule, enabling flexible assignments based on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing within 5 years is required.
• Graduates from a non-accredited school of nursing must have at least one year of acute care experience or at least two years in a licensed health care role and must have passed the NCLEX licensure examination.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process and family-centered care principles.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patients under the supervision of the Nurse Leader.
• Document education and learning in the health record.
