Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a registered nurse for the Telemetry Unit-3P2 in Deer Valley, Phoenix. The RN will follow ANA standards, conducting assessments, documenting findings, and coordinating care with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities include medication administration, IV therapy, patient education, and ongoing evaluation of outcomes to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care during the night shift.

Qualifications

• RN performs patient assessment, documents history and symptoms.
• Administers medications and IV therapies with safety checks.
• Educates patients and families on care, post-treatment and home needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care using ANA standards.
• Administer treatments and monitor responses.
• Coordinate with physicians and nursing teams for care delivery.
• Precept and mentor staff as needed, supporting ongoing education.
• Document data and ensure accurate charting and care continuity.
