Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care to patients in assigned units during the night shift.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, document assessments, educate patients and coordinate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes in an inpatient setting. RN licensure in TN and BLS certification required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• RN license in TN and BLS certification
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to medical regimens and standards.
• Assess patient needs and plan care; coordinate with physicians.
• Document assessments and nursing interventions.
• Educate patients and families; discharge planning as needed.
• Coordinate referrals and ensure patient safety and quality care.
