Regional One Health in Memphis, TN, is seeking a Nursing Supervisor/Manager to oversee patient care during night shifts, coordinate staffing, and provide leadership for the evening, night and weekend hours.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing, TN RN licensure, CPR certification, and at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience with leadership exposure. You will ensure unit staffing, mentor staff, and maintain compliance with patient care standards.

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• RN licensure in TN or eligible for licensure.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise nursing personnel and patient care during assigned shift.
• Ensure multi-disciplinary team communication and compliance with patient care standards.
• Perform rounds and provide managerial presence to ensure care meets policies and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with health team members.
• Provide staff orientation and training as needed.
• Mentor staff and handle disciplinary actions in consultation with leadership.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges and transfers and bed assignment according to clinical needs.
• Prepare reports and monitor performance improvement activities.
