Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per medical regimen and standards.
• Initiate assessment based on patient needs and physician diagnosis.
• Document assessment, nursing diagnoses and care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments and immunizations as ordered.
• Monitor patient status and respond to emergencies including CPR/BLS.
• Coordinate patient referrals and manage discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, care plans, and follow-up.
