Job summary
RWJBarnabas Health invites experienced Registered Nurses to join the Medical-Surgical Unit-II on the Newark campus for night shifts. The RN will conduct patient assessments, administer medications, document in EPIC, and collaborate with physicians to ensure safe, effective care across the continuum.

Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing or Multistate RN with NJ endorsement.
- BLS certification current.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
- Administer medications and provide hands-on care with clinical judgment.
- Collaborate with physicians and providers to coordinate care.
- Educate patients and families for understanding and next steps.
- Document accurately in the electronic medical record (EPIC) for continuity and safety.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to care planning.
- Engage in ongoing learning opportunities and clinical ladder progression.
