The RN must hold an active NJ license and BLS, with ASN or Diploma required and BSN strongly preferred. This position offers a consistent 36 hours weekly and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• ASN or Nursing diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Willing to complete BSN within five years of hire; acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Provide safe, evidence-based medications, treatments, and hands-on care.
• Serve as a clinical partner to physicians and advanced providers.
• Provide clear, compassionate education to patients and families.
• Document accurately in the EMR to promote continuity and safety.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary rounds and smooth transitions of care.
