RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical-Surgical Unit-I at Monmouth Medical Center in New Jersey. This full-time night shift role emphasizes teamwork, clinical excellence, and ongoing professional growth.

The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients and families while ensuring accurate documentation in EPIC. NJ licensure and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EPIC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and recognizing clinical changes.
• Administering safe, evidence-based medications and treatments.
• Collaborating with physicians and providers to coordinate care.
• Educating patients and families for informed decision making.
• Documenting care accurately in the electronic medical record.
