Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing and current BLS required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Prior patient care experience and comfort with EMR systems (EPIC) advised.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Administer safe medications and provide hands-on care per protocols.
• Partner with physicians and care teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families to support informed decisions.
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record (EPIC).
