Expect comprehensive patient assessments, safe medication administration, and collaboration with physicians to coordinate care. You will document in EPIC, participate in rounds, and pursue ongoing professional development in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing or Multistate license with NJ endorsement.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred; prior patient care experience and EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Provide safe, evidence-based medications, treatments, and hands-on care.
• Serve as a clinical partner to physicians and advanced providers.
• Educate patients and families for the next phase of care.
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record (EPIC).
• Contribute to interdisciplinary rounds and coordinate seamless transitions of care.
• Engage in a collaborative team environment and pursue ongoing professional growth.
