Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care required
• 1+ years RN experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process and clinical nursing practices
• Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and communicate findings effectively

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care per nursing process and policies
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to develop care plans
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR/code team activities
• Provides patient and family education on conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
• Maintains infection control protocols and patient safety standards
