Northwest Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Med Surg unit in Tucson, AZ. This full-time role supports a fast-paced, patient-centered environment with expectations for high-quality care and collaboration with neurology specialists.

The unit offers a 6:1 patient ratio, night differential, tuition reimbursement, and a sign-on bonus for eligible experienced RNs. A robust benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in good standing.
• 1+ years of RN experience preferred, 0–2 years in clinical nursing required for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care according to nursing process.
• Document assessments and findings accurately and report changes promptly.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and interprofessional team on care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in CPR/code team as needed.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
