Job summary

Tucson Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Adult Med Surg Unit. This full-time position offers a night shift schedule and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for candidates with two years' experience.

The ideal candidate will coordinate patient care, provide direct nursing services, and work with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing and current RN licensure for Arizona are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Current RN licensure permitting work in Arizona and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, evaluate outcomes, and adjust nursing care processes as indicated.
• Coordinate patient care planning with other disciplines.
