Job summary

Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, AZ is recruiting an RN to join our night shift team in the Med Surg unit. The RN provides patient-centered care using the nursing process, coordinating with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care in a fast-paced neurology-focused setting. Qualifications

• RN licensure required and/or Compact State Licensure.
• 0–2 years clinical nursing experience required; 1+ years RN experience preferred.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Ta lence in acute care setting and knowledge of neurological care is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings; report changes to care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency and scope.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
