Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a Long Term Care facility in North Dakota. The RN will implement the nursing process, coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, and may serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel as needed.

Preferred candidates hold a US RN license, a bachelor’s degree in nursing, and multistate licensure where applicable. The position offers full-time hours, night shifts, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff while ensuring safe, evidence-based care
