Job summary

Good Samaritan in North Dakota seeks a Registered Nurse to join our not-for-profit long-term care facility on the night shift. You will apply the nursing process to assess residents, plan care and collaborate with families and a wide interdisciplinary team.

Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred; current RN licensure in state or NLC is required. We offer health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, generous paid time off and a $30,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure (NLC) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and supervise licensed and unlicensed staff as needed.
