Job summary

Good Samaritan in Lakota, ND, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care across all stages of health, in a Christian environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, resident assessment and education, with potential charge nurse duties and supervision of care staff. Practice is guided by state rules and ANA standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• RN license in the state where practice occurs (or multistate if NLC).
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and an interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care, assess residents, educate and intervene as needed.
• May serve as charge nurse and supervise licensed/unlicensed staff.
• Adhere to Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.
