Job summary

Good Samaritan in Bloomfield, NE is seeking a Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse to provide individualized care using the nursing process, collaborate with residents and families, and work with interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care. The role may include charge nurse duties and delegation to licensed/unlicensed staff.

The position supports night shifts with a 12-hour schedule, part-time hours, and a 24.00 weekly work load.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multi-state license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized resident care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Role may include charge nurse duties and delegation of tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
