Job summary

Sanford Health in Nebraska invites an LTC Registered Nurse to provide individualized care to residents using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. You will collaborate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to coordinate care across shifts.

Responsibilities may include serving as charge nurse, delegating tasks, ensuring safe administration and addressing concerns.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Multistate licensure acceptable if in an NLC state.
