The Peaks Care Center in Longmont, CO is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for the Thurs-Sat night shift (6p-6a). You will lead daily nursing activities, review care plans, and coordinate with physicians to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Experience in senior living preferred.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate nursing staff.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily nursing activities by LPNs, CMAs, and nursing assistants.
• Review care plans to ensure individualized resident care.
• Assess residents and document findings, communicating with physicians.
• Deliver high-quality nursing care focused on resident comfort.
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed.
• Notify physicians or DON of significant changes in residents' conditions.
• Respond to staff inquiries and resident needs promptly.
• Complete accurate charting and documentation per policies.
• Respond quickly to call lights and resident requests.
