Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Nursing, Colorado RN licensure, NIHSS within 6 months of hire, and at least 1 year of nursing experience. The role emphasizes direct patient care, safety, and mentoring new staff.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
• Must hold a Bachelor‘s Degree in Nursing from an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program within three years of assuming the Charge RN position.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 1 year of nursing experience.
• NIHSS within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Direct patient care using the nursing process with top-of-scope practice.
• Precept and mentor staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.
