True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist to lead night operations in Great Falls, MT.

The role focuses on hospital-wide patient flow, guidance to clinical staff, and leadership oversight with CNO collaboration. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years RN experience in ICU/ED, Montana RN licensure or eligibility, and leadership experience in charge roles.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Active Montana RN license or eligibility; BLS/CPR; ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 3 years hospital RN experience; ICU/ED background required.
• Experience in patient flow management; leadership roles such as charge nurse or resource nurse.
• Care for diverse patient population across all life stages.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making in collaboration with charge nurses, clinical leaders, and the CNO.
• Optimize patient flow and nursing resource assignments; streamline inter-department transfers and admissions.
• Direct staff in interpreting and applying policies; organize workflows, delegate tasks, monitor productivity and provide feedback.
• Serve as primary contact for resolving complex clinical situations, problems, and patient/family concerns.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure safe, cohesive hospital operations.
