Job summary

Frey Consulting Group, partnering with a Montana health system, seeks a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist for Great Falls. This on-site night role provides shift leadership, operational oversight, and clinical guidance across hospital departments.

You will optimize patient flow, supervise nursing resources, and collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer to support safe, efficient, and high-quality care with strong nurse-to-patient ratios and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in Montana (or eligibility).
• BLS/CPR certification; ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
• 3+ years hospital RN experience; ICU or ED background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with CNO and leadership.
• Optimize patient flow, manage nursing resources, and coordinate inter-department transfers.
• Direct staff in applying policies; organize workflows, delegate tasks, monitor productivity.
• Serve as primary contact for complex clinical issues, resolving patient/family concerns.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support teams to ensure safe operations.
