Job summary

HCP Talent is seeking a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist to lead hospital operations during the night shift in Great Falls, Montana. You will oversee patient flow, guide nursing teams, and work with the CNO on policy application and staffing decisions.

Requires ADN/BSN, Montana RN license or eligibility, BLS, ACLS/PALS, 3 years ICU/ED experience, and strong leadership. This on-site role offers competitive base pay, night differential, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and

Qualifications

• RN license in Montana (or eligible).
• BLS/CPR certification.
• ACLS and PALS required or within 6 months.
• Minimum 3 years hospital RN experience, ICU or ED.
• Experience with patient flow and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with CNO.
• Optimize patient flow and nursing resource assignments.
• Direct staff in interpreting and applying policies; organize workflows and delegate tasks.
• Resolve complex clinical situations and patient/family concerns.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support teams for safe operations.
