Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC partners with a Montana health system to hire a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist for Great Falls. The role provides night-shift leadership, oversees hospital patient flow, and guides staff on policies and procedures in a high-visibility setting.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN or BSN with MT RN licensure, BLS/CPR, ACLS/PALS, and 3+ years in ICU/ED environments, plus proven leadership and crisis-management abilities.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Active Montana RN license or eligibility.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• ACLS and PALS certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 3 years hospital RN experience.
• Recent ICU or ED background.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with charge nurses, clinical leaders, and the CNO.
• Optimize patient flow and manage nursing resource assignments.
• Interpret and enforce organizational policies; organize workflows and delegate tasks.
• Serve as primary point of contact for complex clinical situations and patient/family concerns.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.
