Job summary

Sora Resource Group partners with a Montana healthcare system to hire a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist in Great Falls. This full-time, on-site role oversees night operations, guides policy implementation, and supports staffing decisions to ensure efficient patient flow.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years RN experience, MT license, and ACLS/PALS; ICU/ED experience is a plus. The position offers leadership growth within a regional health system.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted MT RN license or eligible.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required or within 6 months.
• Minimum 3 years hospital RN experience.
• ICU or ED background preferred.
• Experience in patient flow management.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with RNs, leaders, and CNO.
• Optimize patient flow and manage nursing resource assignments during night shifts.
• Direct staff in applying policies; organize workflows and monitor productivity.
• Serve as primary contact for complex clinical situations and patient concerns.
• Collaborate with physicians and support teams to ensure safe hospital operations.
