Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is partnering with a Montana healthcare system to recruit a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist in Great Falls. This on-site night role provides shift leadership, oversees patient flow, and guides clinical staff in policies and procedures within a hospital setting.

The candidate will collaborate with clinical leaders and the CNO, coordinating nursing resources and handling complex clinical situations to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hospital RN experience.
• Recent ICU/ED background required.
• Leadership history as charge nurse or leadship role.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with CNO and nurses.
• Optimize patient flow and manage nursing resource assignments.
• Direct staff in applying policies, organize workflows, delegate tasks, monitor productivity.
