Job summary

The Great Falls Clinic Hospital seeks a Night House Supervisor/Patient Flow Specialist to lead nursing staff, optimize patient flow, and ensure policy compliance on night shifts. You will work with charge nurses and clinical leadership to maintain effective staffing and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include directing staff, coordinating resources, and addressing patient needs while upholding safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as an RN in a hospital setting.
• CPR required.
• ACLS and PALS required or must obtain upon 6 months of employment.
• Experience in care of patients from infancy to geriatrics.
• Experience in patient flow, resource nurse and nurse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide hospital staff in interpretation/application of policies and procedures.
• Organizes workflow and ensures staff understand their duties or delegated tasks.
• Monitors employee productivity and provides constructive feedback and coaching.
• Collaborates with clinical leaders and the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for supervision and administrative decision making.
• Responds to patient/family complaints/concerns.
