Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• Current MN RN license with BLS; certification required for L&D specialties.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in Labor & Delivery setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered RN care in L&D.
• Monitor labor, fetal status, and uterine activity; manage deliveries.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to plan and implement care.
• Perform post-anesthesia status checks and NICU-ready assessments.
• Document care in Epic and ensure accurate vitals and records.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and discharge plans.
