Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is seeking an experienced RN for Labor & Delivery on the night shift in Minnesota. The candidate should have 2+ years of L&D experience and a current MN RN license, with BLS, ACLS, NRP, and electronic fetal monitoring certification.

The role includes 3x12-hr night shifts, a 13-week contract, and comprehensive patient care across antepartum, delivery, and postpartum stages. Wages are competitive at $2,362 per week with lodging and meals included.

Qualifications

• Active MN RN license required.
• BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NRP certifications required.
• Basic Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification required.
• Workplace Violence education required.
• 2–5 years of Labor and Delivery experience required.
• Meditech charting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care across antepartum, labor and delivery, and postpartum stages.
• Assist with vaginal deliveries, C-section recovery, and neonatal resuscitation in the delivery room.
• Administer medications such as Pitocin and Magnesium Sulfate.
• Support breastfeeding and lactation and follow baby-friendly protocols.
• Manage pain interventions including epidural anesthesia and opioid administration.
