Job summary

North Memorial Health seeks an experienced RN to provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in a NICU setting at Maple Grove Hospital. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of care according to hospital standards.

Required MN RN licensure and BLS; ACLS, PALS and NICU-specific certifications are expected, with night shift availability and a 60-hour biweekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a NICU Capstone or previous RN NICU experience.
• Solid PC skills to include MS Office applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly in writing and speech.
• Current licensure as an RN in MN and BLS certification; ACLS, PALS and other area certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate quality care focused on the customer and family.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care per hospital policies and nursing standards.
• Promote safety, infection control, and high-quality customer service.
• Demonstrate flexibility with shift patterns: Nights, 12-hour shifts; work hours and weekend requirements per unit policy.
