Job summary

North Memorial Health in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Labor and Delivery to provide holistic care to patients and families. The role emphasizes independent, collaborative, and delegated nursing functions, with scope across the life cycle.

You'll coordinate care across disciplines, develop and revise care plans, and participate in shared decision-making to promote high-quality patient experiences. A BSN is preferred, and at least 2 years of RN L&D experience is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited nursing school.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum 2 years RN Labor and Delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to patients and families.
• Coordinate care among disciplines and delegate activities as appropriate.
• Develop and revise the patient’s plan of care and participate in practice standards.
