Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift (7p–7a) at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based nursing services. The role requires an active RN license, BLS, and timely completion of BSN within four years for those with less than 12 months of experience; compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four (4) years of their hire date.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Collaboratively develop and educate patients and families as part of the plan of care.
• Coordinate and lead the interdisciplinary care team to implement and adjust care.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise plan of care as needed.
• Demonstrate professionalism, ethics, and accurate documentation.
