Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a night shift (7p-7a) at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado. The position includes 36 scheduled hours per week and requires current RN licensure, BSN preferred, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse; active state license required.
• BSN preferred; degree to be earned per policy update 4/27/2025.
• BLS for healthcare providers required.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Develop individualized plan of care with patient, family, and team involvement.
• Coordinate and delegation through the care team to implement the plan.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise care plans as needed.
• Promote professionalism, ethical standards, and accurate documentation.
