Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift (7p–7a) at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team and supporting families.

Current RN license, BLS, and BSN within four years for newer hires are required. Excellent documentation and patient advocacy are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of start date.
• RNs with <12 months of experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the care team.
• Develop individualized plans of care with input from patient, family, and team.
• Coordinate and direct interdisciplinary care to implement the plan.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise the plan as needed.
• Document accurately and maintain professional standards and regulatory compliance.
