Job summary

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practice and the nursing process, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, social, and psychological status and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Develop an individualized plan of care using the nursing process and involve patient and family.
• Direct the care team, delegate tasks, and manage time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate patient response and revise the plan as needed.
• Promote professionalism, ethical standards, and accurate documentation.
