Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Nurse for the night shift (7p-7a) at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado.

The RN will assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team and ensuring timely documentation and ethical practice. The role requires active nursing licensure in the state, with BSN as a preferred qualification and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four (4) years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients using information from the interdisciplinary team and plan individualized care.
• Plan and prepare patients for education, referrals, and follow-up as care episodes conclude.
• Implement and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, managing time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate patient responses, revise the plan as needed, and document outcomes.
• Demonstrate professionalism, adhere to ethics and regulatory standards, and maintain accurate documentation.
