Mercy South is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery on the night shift. You will provide high-quality patient care, perform assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice or Compact RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, issued by AHA, required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to patients across all age groups.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement, monitor, and evaluate treatment plans and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with standards.
