Job summary

Mercy South is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for Labor & Delivery on the Night Shift. You will provide direct patient care, perform assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based outcomes for mothers and newborns.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice or Compact RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to patients across age groups.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement, monitor, and evaluate treatment plans and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
