Mercy is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for the Labor & Delivery unit on the night shift. You’ll provide high-quality, patient-centered care and work closely with a multidisciplinary team in Mercy South.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current RN license in state of practice or Compact RN license.
• BLS certification required, may be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to patients across all ages.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement, monitor, and evaluate treatment plans and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate patient care with ancillary departments.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards.
• Promote patient safety and positive outcomes.
