Job summary
Mercy South is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses for Labor & Delivery on the night shift. You will deliver high-quality patient care, perform assessments, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Current RN license in the state of practice or Compact RN License.
- BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to patients across all age groups.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement, monitor, and evaluate treatment plans and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards.
- Promote patient safety, comfort, and positive healthcare outcomes.
