Mercy South is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery on the night shift. You will provide high-quality nursing care, conduct assessments, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN program graduate required.
• Current RN license in state of practice or Compact license.
• BLS certification required; may be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to patients across all ages.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement, monitor, and evaluate treatment plans and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with standards.
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes.
