Mercy is hiring a Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery on the night shift at Mercy South. The role includes delivering patient-centered care, assessments, and care coordination with a collaborative team.

New grads and experienced RNs are encouraged to apply, with strong sign-on and relocation incentives and comprehensive benefits. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited RN program, active RN license (MO or compact), and BLS certification (or within 30 days of hire).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current RN license in the state of Missouri or a compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across age groups.
• Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists and care teams to implement treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with standards.
• Promote patient safety and positive outcomes.
