Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Coordinate and supervise activities of the health care team.
• Document assessment, planning, implementation and patient response in records.
• Communicate with physicians and care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Support education and orientation of facility personnel and mentor when appropriate.
